Ventura Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Ventura. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. For split-package orders, the return window begins once the final package has been delivered, based on tracking information.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Items must be shipped back within 7 days of your return request submission

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be:

  • Declined entirely, or
  • Subject to a 30% restocking fee

We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at venturasgc1@gmail.com. If your return is accepted:

We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Do not send items back without contacting us first unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless there was a shipping error or a damaged/wrong item sent.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately at venturasgc1@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care products (beauty products, etc.)
  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases)

If you have questions about whether your item qualifies, reach out before submitting a return.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must meet all standard return conditions: unworn, unused, with tags, and original packaging.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email regarding your return status.
  • If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Please allow us 5–7 business days from the date we receive the returned item to process your refund.
